Supreme court judgement regarding previous bail

Is there any supreme court judgement regarding previous bail. if a person already got bail and new offence added like 302,,,,is there any judgement of supreme court that there is no need of getting extra bail for the offence added

if so,,please tell the judgement and the page no.

its very difficult that on new offence, no need of bail. However search at: www.indiankanoon.org.

Hopefully you need fresh bail appears to be logical.one bailed out for causing heart latter becoming accused of murder will need fresh bail as bail was noy granted u/s 302 IPc.
