Media is giving much news about 300 page judgment on appointment of Central/State Information Commissioners.
I tried to get full judgment from web site but I could not get case number or parties involved
Can any experts advise?

Dear Experts
I was making query on the judgment number on the changes recommended by SC on present working of Central and State Commission with experts RTI Act 2005. None could give, but advised me to try in Google search . I did and got it as follows. WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 210 of 2012.
