Tenant adopt child & put his name on 7/12 extract as kul

Dear Sir/Madam,
In Kul kayada doesthe tenant who was cultivating the land didn't have child so he adopted & put the name of other person as a kul on 7/12 extraxt is this legal can tenant do this without knowledge of the owner as my name is till there.

A legally adopted child has all same very rights which a naturally born son has in the family he is adopted.Adoption is possible only among Hindus.

The Tenant is not alive 6 people saying their mother was adopted they have provided letter as Will of tenant which is also doubt able
The talathi has put all the 6 children names as kul on 7/12 extract is this legal
No adoption papers except letter treated as a will on bond paper not registered.

Adoption is required registered and if the same is not fulfilling its requirement, the adoption can be duly challenged.
