i want to construct my house and my tenant is not at all willing to leavr it.I have been requesting him to leave since 6 months but now I feel its too late.I dont have any agreement regarding it.The tenant has not even cleared electicity bills for very long time.Can i take any action against him.

try to have amicable settlement.
You can not evict him legally without court order. discuss with local lawyer.

Forceful possession by owner is risky without court order. Try for settlement. Don't look toward small expenses like electricity etc. Your property is more valuable than this.
