Termination of air force school teacher

I filed my OA in CAT 8 years back for unauthorized termination, today CAT dismiss my OA by saying that this OA doesn't come under the jurisdictions of CAT, and ask me to file it Highcourt or Apeal .Pls guide me How to do it.

Consult a local lawyer and tell him the case. You have not posted the facts. File a case in High Court.

Your lawyer did not advise you properly qua jurisdiction, hence s/he is required to be changed.

You have not at all indicate in your blog that whose employee you were.

It indicates from the to[pic that you were employed in Air Force School (please correct me if I am wrong).

facts need to be seen for coming to conclusion whether the case will lie directly in Hgh Court or Distt/Labour court.

In that case you were not govt employee and decision of CAT appears to be correct.

Air Force School is not government run school hence your application before CAT is not maintainable.
Therefore the next option before you is to challenge the illegal termination before high court only
