Hi,
I worked for more than a 15 months in a private limited company based @ Banglore !
Immediate senior immdeitely terminated me from services saying that i am not performing !He might have a given me a notice of at least 1 month !
Next day i asked them to give me a time of at least on month but they did not listen and immediately asked me to leave !
Branch where i was working is in pune maharshtra !

Has any written termination order been supplied to you?
Submit a gentle written representation under proper acknowledgment addressed to good offices of appointing authority, MD ASAP.
Prefer to seek consultation with a very able specializing in labor Law /Service matters.

Have you read terms of your appointment. Has that been mentioned that your termination would not be made without prior intimation to you? The employer can terminate the employee without notice. but by paying salary in lieu of the period short of the notice period, as compensation.
So, you may better check your terms of offer/ appointment letter and act accordingly. You can claim notice period pay.

You have been terminated by a verbal order or written (speaking order)?
The reason for termination: Non Performance :: is verbal or written, in termination order?
Did establishment issue any stinkers, memo, before issuing termination order and did it include you in PIP and provided any training to improve performance?
Do you have copy of KRA’s, targets, Tgt vs performance data?
Your service was under probation or confirmed?
