What is the possibility of a mobile conversation present or past be recorded or encrypted in any way(maybe through the services of a detective) by the petitioner for a family court matter and would it have a stand in the court as evidence against the respondent.

Though no such case law has been brought to my knowledge wherein such evidence may have been regarded as true, however, family courts can take help of such material for framing its opinion whether against petitioner or respondent because its proceddings are summary in nature and no hard and fast complianace of CPC is required to be followed by family courts.riven

As per evidence Act evidence of mobile conversations not go in evidence unless other witnesses suports
the convesation.But family courts procedure is summary procedure family courts can take note of moble conversations while deciding matter.riven

Mobile conversation is accepted one end only if it is supported by the evidence of the persons to that conversationriven
