The registry is not giving me certify copies

My Family and I has been implicated in false cases in remote area of Haryana state mere on false allegation of the complainant.The matter is pending before the Trail court and I apply for the orders/chargesheet in the month of November, December, January (Thrice) and on each visit, I apply for certify copy and get it allowed by the Judge and duly received by certify cell, and on every visit, the registry says that forms are not been traceable
Then I send complaint to Chief administrative Officer which has been fowarded to the concerned branch and the certify cell assured me that this time I will surely get all documents, but again I git the same result
What is the remedy as no one is listening in this regard as I uregently needs the certify copies

If yu have engaged a lawyer then he can see it locally otherwise this is very surprising that you are facing the similar problem again and again.
In copying branch in our State Haryana, every applicant is issued with a receipt of the application which contain the serial no. and even tentative date for the delivery of desired copies is also mentioned therein. If you have that receipt, you won't have any problem.
Even then if you feel any problem let me know personally.

on next date inform the court that inspite of court orders certifed copy is not being provided to you

Dear Raj Kumar sir,
They don't provide any receipt as the case is pending there..But enter on register with date and ask the litigant/advocate to chek from the prepared bundles of certify copies..
They don't hand over the copies to the 3 rd party ( even by letter of authority) unless some one has made signed on the Application form..In pending cases, the court first allowed it and send through messenger and we too have followed the same
When we could not get it they say that form may have been misplaced and we have done thrice and contact one munshi of the local area who too have signed on the application and also give money in advance so that he may send by courier but now he is not taking the call
Prior to this, I wrote to the Chief Adminsitrative officer for not rceiving the certify copies who has fwd my application to the certify cell and he assured me that he will take care of my copies..but same thing again persist here..what is now the remedy of getting the certify copies?
