How many no of times the board meeting to be held in the year for Pvt Co? Whether there any legal prov regarding board meeting to be held in each quarter?
What is the consiquences if it is not held with in time limit?

285. Board to meet at least once in every three calendar months
1[285. Board to meet at least once in every three calendar months
In the case of every company, a meeting of its Board of directors shall be held at least once in every 2[three months and at least four such meetings shall be hold in every year] :
Provided that the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the provisions of this section shall not apply in relation to any class of companies or shall apply in relation thereto subject to such exceptions, modifications or conditions as may be specified in the notification.]
Further, there is no restriction even if the company wants to meet as many time as possible during the year
