what is the time limit for disposal of appeal made to appelate authority under dar rules 1968 for railway employe kindly provide information or link from where i can download it,if the appelate authority does not decide the appeal within time limit then what are the option available to me

What I have seen is that most of the places where the period is specified, it is generally, "as far as practisable"

The solution if it is not decided in time limit, then you can move a writ petition in HC.

The limitation is 30 days from the deleivery of certified copy of first judgment.
