Dear sir,
What is the time period to challenge any unregistered document in court if other party consider that document as fraud

law of limitation applies to documents relating to debts contracted and acknowledged.otherwise courts decide if to allow or not allow a document .

but documents vitiated by fraud and forgery etc. are not subject to any time limit and are bound to be set aside by a court of law being inadmissible and invalid.

The limitation is 03 years from the date of discloser of fraud.
