Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 11 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,

Iam divorsed and to harass me My inlaws has conducted many inquires including submitting the petetion in the Local PS regarding my education, etc now but nothing came against me and recently they have sent one letter to my office ian working in a Govt Sector stating that my ex-wife is persuing BA 1st year and for marriage she left the studies and in HC in another case my inlaw and my ex-wife put the petetion that she is not well educated and on behalf of her, her father will attend the case.

Can i lodge a complain against them for putting false information in Local PS / HC / Office they are harassing me for past 5 years and now they have given in writing different statments in HC / Office regarding education etc, so pls advise how to teach them a lesson.

Thanks in advance

Dear Sir,

I have collected the Copy from my dept and from PS they have filed a personal petition in local PS regarding my education etc and after inquiry the S.h.o had send the detailed report to the commisoner of police stating that nothing is against me as my in-law complained in the petetion no case has been registered.

more over after the inquiry forwarded to the commisioner by the S.H.O my inlaw complained against S.H.O and the S.I stating that they have supported me. almost from DCP to the Commisoner 3 times inquiry happend but nothing came against me.

from past 5 years this is the scenerio false petetions filing by my ex-inlaws and i cant able to do any thing because my lawyer says Law only support females and v cant do any thing is it right?

Law should be same to any one male/female hence they are playing mischief with the Honble courts also pls suggest what to do next.

Better put your energy in contesting cases against you, half hearted offense will be counter productive.

sir,

it means we are once again helpless? in-spite of having sufficient proofs against them still we should be afraid of them...from past 5 years i just followed what they did now its high time there is no remedy for me.

I have full sympathy towards you and think this is the fittest case wherein the persons filing false and frivolous application even after a long time of divorce should be given a befitting reply. You should serve a notice demanding to feel public apology by way of publication in well circulated newspaper or to face criminal complaint for defamation. You should then file civil defamation (damages) as well as criminal complaint against all the responsible persons in this crime.

You are not meant to be helpless.
You are advised to keep facts upright.

The anomalies in her claim are not not of much importance though you can well highlight her lies so it can be established that she has not come before the court in clean hands.

Agreed with Experts,

AFTAB:

Teach her Lesson.

YOU LOST VERY GOOD CHANCE, TO TEACH HER A LESSION, LIFETIME, EARLIER, BUT NOW IT IS TOO LATE TO POINT IT OUT.

You also find ways to legally harass her.
