Kindly guide me the procedure for appointment as Notary Public at Hyderabad AP.

If you want to get appointed from State of AP then move your application in the prescribed format after getting it duly verified by bar association, banker, DJ, any 2 social organizations etc. to Legal Remeberancer of your State if you have an experience of more than 10 years in practice and wait for their outcome.

If you want to get it from UOI then see Notaries Act which contains entire procedure in details.

u need at least 10 years lawyer practice to become NP.
