to stop installation beside house

beside of my house one open plot is available the owner of thos plot wants to give this plot for 20 yers to install mobile towers i want to stop to construct this tower due to all area is residential please sugest and give some solid reasons and some acts

Unless, there is some law prevailing in your state prohibiting/regulating erection of mobile towers in residential area, you may not be able to stop the installation.

You can file Writ Petition against the Muncipality and Govt Authroities and Mobile Company ,and pray for stay of the of installation of mobile Tower in residentail Area, as it effects the health of the Residents and other inconveniences .

You can file writ petition before High Court as suggested by L friend.Radiations emitting from the tower is harmful to health and it causes deadly deceases.

Apart from filing a writ as already suggested by my learned friends, you also have the option of filing a suit for injunction before the concerned court.
