Torture & threatening on child

Sir,
My wife leaving me taking 5 year old son and living with her boyfriend at some unknown address.

She didn't provide food & my son is always crying for food. Even education of my as son is stopped.

Her boyfriend threatening to murder my son.

She theft gold ornaments of my mother.

She file 125 CRPC.

My in laws want to recover my son from their daughter and keep my son in my custody & all the gold ornaments.

My sons life is under danger.

Could I approach police to recover my child and gold ornaments ?

Could I go to court for issue of search warrant ?

How do you know that your ex-wife is torturing your son? What is the proof? The court may grant you visitation rights only. When he becomes major that is his wish to where settle or be independent.

Hello,

In exceptional cases court may grant you custody of son. You may try to get custody by filing custody application. In the same application you may ask for visitation rights for your son. You have very good grounds to seek divorce.

My in laws inform that my son under torture & they file police complain for recovery of my son stating that their daughter remarried again.

Then obtain a copy of the complaint filed by your inlaws, and produce the same in the court and pray the court to take custody of your son. Best of luck.

you have the option to approach the High Court through a Writ of Habeas Corpus.
