Transaction between two companies- capital gains

Please Clarify:-

1. Object of Company;

2. If company have not object 'Real Estate' then passed resolution in its General Meeting of Shareholder u/s 292(1)(d)

3. What is the exact fair market value of property;

4.Relationship between both company;

5.If listed company, pass resolution through postal ballet.

I think this high stake commercial transaction and you would be advised to approach a lawyer of the Company and to take his formal views on this based on the documents - which for obvious reasons you would not be in a position to reveal here.
More over, a Public Limited Company would not be wanting in its financial strength to engage a lawyer.

You should and can without pain afford services of a lawyer,and that would be benevolent for you.

fair market value determined for stamp duty purpose by registrar,on which stamp duty has been paid, three crores twenty lakhs.
set forth consideration in sale deed thirty lakhs.
relationship between two companies cannot be established / proven.

As stated earlier, since the Public Limited Company is capable of affording the professional fees for a lawyer, please approach a lawyer and take his views/opinion.

the public ltd company is trying to evade taxes, i am asking for remedy to make them pay the rightful revenue.
my object is to make them pay for their wrong.
