Transfer of freehold dda flat of the deceased to legsl heir

The owner of a freehold DDA flat has passed away.The able legal heir has obtained the Surving Member Certificate from the SDM and has also applied for Mutation to the MCD.
Is there any other action to be taken by the legal heir?

The applicant is the sole legal heir.

a) Affidavit regarding survived legal heirs from the transferee on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 10 duly attested. (b). Relinquishment Deed on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper duly registered with the sub-registrar. (c.) Undertaking from the transferee on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 10 duly attested. (d). Indemnity bond from the transferee on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by Notary Public. (e).Original Death Certificate (f). NOC from the employer/govt loan paying agency, if house building advance obtained. (g) Documentary evidence of relationship, i.e., attested photocopy of school leaving certificate or passport and ration card (h). For self financing scheme (SFS) flats bank guarantee duly renewed if applicable. (i). Photograph and three signatures duly attested of the transferee.

Apart from mutation in MCD you have to effect change of ownership with electricity department.

After registration of mutation in MCD you can get other government documents such as electricity, water, gas, identity / voter / other card transferred in the address, if required.
