transfer policy on spouse ground to n banks

dear Sir,
Me and my wife both work in PSU bank. I want to know that can I also apply transfer on spouse ground or not. As me and my wife both posted in different district of the same state.

You can, but transfer depends upon availability of post at the station of request. It is a privilege, not a right.

Dhingra sir if there are posts and still I did not get the transfer. then what should I do please suggest me???

Mr. Sumit,

I have already pointed out that it is privilege, not right. Even if vacant posts are there at the station of request for transfer within the same organisation, interest of service has to be seen first and the actual requirement of staff at both the stations.

So, only personal humble request is the remedy to cause feasibility at some earlier date in future.

What is the designation of both?

Officers / members of Supervising staff may be denied the facility.

Transfer policy of individual Bank is separate, refer in case of your Bank.

In case of need, may take help of employees association leaders.
