can a person who was minor at the time of committal of offence & has attained the age of majority ,can be tried under Juvenal act?

Yes because, he was minor at the time of commission of offence.

i agree with arvind. Trial of the accused is decided on basis of the date of commission of the offence not on the date of hearing or decision.
