Trustee

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 16 July 2020 This query is : Resolved
I have two questions:
1. Can a PIO be a trustee in Educational Institute trusts and become Chairman of Trust?
2. If an author of a trust becomes a member of the trust, does he loose the authorship?

What do you mean by the connotation used as 'PIO" i.e., person of Indian Origin or Public Information Officer ?

Please state clear material facts of the problem if any. Looks like examination question.

Yes, what is meant by PIO?

Yes. Please specify of "PIO". As per me, usually, the author may become a Managing Trustee and an author is a permanent member of the trustee during his lifetime.
