Two wheeler loan

Sir I have taken a two wheeler loan in the year 2017 July 12...n I paid 10 installments out of 12 emissions..but one installment is missed for the past 5 months..banks agents calling ..and I said I pay the missed emi with next month emi...n explained my problem...but they are not considering...what is u r advice sir...
