Get links of all high courts and SCI and try to find out citations as required instead of asking. Such detailed and tedious job should be performed by youself only, however, I confirm that there are numerous case laws on 340 cr. P. C.riven

Mr.Makkad has rightly advised and I also feel that one should not bother experts in this Club with such routine tasks which can very well be undertaken by anyone having some knowledge of computer job and little legal knowledge.riven
