Unathorised use of credit card

M/s Big Flix has renewed my monthly suscrition for one month using my credit card details which they were having for my earlier transaction, without my autorisation. Pl advice what to do

Incomplete information. You have not stated whether the renewal was directly through credit card at the site meant for subscription or through Paypal, etc.?

However, you can instruct your credit card issuing company/bank to stop accepting debit for the subscription.

first inform to the toll free number about the transaction made by and another transaction without your instructions and tell them to stop and also issue a letter to the company who made such transaction and also the credit card bank to stop

because without issuing a letter of communication and proof of letter after due date if the credit card issues you a bill so inform them in advance by way of letter and take acknowledgement which is compulsory
