Dear Sir,
I left my previous job without giving any notice. my employer says that i have to work with them at least 1 month notice period. He is a lawyer and No agreement or written bitween us at the time of joining. his office is indivisual office and not registered any where. One Problem is also that when i was working with him he had given me his Credit card No. & Password for Train ticket Booking for him and he had also allowed me to book my train Ticket by using his Credit Card. and i booked some train ticket for me but i paid the same from my salary but now he is saying that i used his Credit Card fradly without his permission.
he blackmailing me that he will going to take a legal Action against me.
Kindly Help Me.

when had u booked the tickets,. if long time has been passed then dont worry. but if its in a near past ten he may take action against you but ust dont wrry since he will have to proveit that itw was done without his implied permission.

I Was booked my Ticket on 05-05-2009.
Kindly Also Advise me what he can do against me if i deney to join him as i left him with any notice.

Kindly suggest me where i can got help if he taken against me any legal action?
As i am a very poor person and i have no money on the other side he is very rich person and also a lawyer of Supreme Court.
I am very afraid although i am honest and not taken anythings from him except my wages.

Dear Deepak,
unless we know what chsrges he has put against, it would be very difficult for us to give any detailed opinion.
as per my view you should go to the police station and give them in writing all the facts and allege against the advocate that he is threatening you. keep a copy of the said complaint with you for further course of action.

I have some querries in your case. Please clarify?
With out notice why you left that office?
Who told you that Advocate office should be registered?
Did you have the all documents of deducting your sallary which you expensed for yourself thorugh that credit card.
Generally common man also not give to use his personall credit card to others, in your case employer is a advocate. how to belive this story.
Are you did any mistakes in that office?
If you want to clear opinion in your case you have to answer this querries. Police peoples also enquiring like this only.
If that credit card misused by anyone that time card holder should be inform to the credit card authority. In your case he is not yet informed to the authority and he is also not yet changed his credit card possword. This is the good evidense that you can shows that you are very honest. Please file a complaint against him as sugested by Mr. Manish

Dont worry about notice period, beacuase in your case there is no offer letter and appointment letter for your that job in that advocate office.

Kindly Note My Clarification Regarding your Quary
With out notice why you left that office?
Sir, Actualy he paid me 8000/- per month salary and i was looking for change for that job because of salary issue.
one person offered me on 12000/- per month salary and l left my job and join him as my new employer said he want urgently me. i also want to tell you i have a dependent wife and a 2 year child and it is dificult for me to meet my expenses for 8000/- salary.
Who told you that Advocate office should be registered?
I am not telling that his office should be registered or not. i just want to tell you i was working with a indivisual person and he never give me any offer letter or appointment letter and i never signed any agreement with him regarding my relation with him. Kindly note i used to sign in that office in the Attendance Register in time and out time and i also used to sign in Salary voucher only.

Submit a letter to your employer and bring his notice about the circumstance urged you to quit the job and if he is still in a stand of moving against you give a request letter before Bar council where your employer is practicing.If there is no records to prove the allegation no need to worry.

Dear Mr. Deepak,
Firstly you should explain him every thing directly or thorough the letter what was happend with you at the time of quit the job. He is also human being he may understand your situations. He may be execuse it. I think he has more love and affection with your work so thats why he is presurring like that.
If he didnot execused then you can file complaint before jurisdictional police station and Bar Cousil of India for stating that about black mail and mental herassment. He is also dont have any records, rights to suit against you. As per your fact its not a big mistake of you. So dont worry about your mistake. You have good merits in your case.
