Hello,
I am separated with my husband since 20 months and in between 20 months my husband and nobody from his family came at my home to get me back.I tried my level best for going back and again start our married life but always my husband put some excuses and hold this matter for further discussion.Now i file domestic violence case against him and during my first hearing i came to know hat he already filed section 9 and divorce case against me.he never sent me any information and any notice for those cases.this is very shocking for me, as he was continuously in touch with me and always talk about our happy married life and patch up.Please suggest me what should i do next.

contact a local lawyer . fight divorce case on merits state that you want to stay with him as his lawful wedded wife and dont want divorce . ask for retsituion of conjugal rights

Continue your case.
He is not keen to settle amicably. Had been so serious he could have taken you back than filing cases behind your back.

It seems that you and your husband both do not want to take divorce rather want happy married life as both of you have no personal complaints against each other rather you have problem with his other family members. It shall be good for both of you to personally discuss all these matters and should seriously try to lead your own life mutually without much intervention of others.

As my husband file section 9 and 13 against me and never told about this,due to this my lawyer told me that he has cheated me and i blindly faith on him.Now my lawyer suggest me to file 498a against him.shall i proceed for this as till now i am not ready for divorce.Please advise me at the earliest
