Used car orginal sale documents not delivered to me

I purchased a Used car from the car dealers agent against cash payment. The agent is known to me personally,
The value paid for the car does not justify its worth and did not run for a month even, in order. The agent to the company do not entertain me any more and also is not delievering me the original sale letters of ownership,
What can be done to get the money paid back and return the car, legally acting,

Just issue legal notice to calling upon to the name transfer before rto. Do you have any proof for the paid money?

thanks......Yes I have receipt issued to me on his co/s letter head.... Furthermore, an additional amount apart from the value was charged as a warranty for a year and a company's printed book let was given at the time of delivery of the vehicle.

you have good case on merits . you were given warranty for one year but car did not run for even one month . contact a local lawyer and file complaint before consumer forum against the company and dealer

I would be interested under the win-win situation. Secondly I live in delhi and the Agent too, but the address of the agents company shows the address of SOUTH DELHI on the letter issued. Therefore, which court will fall under our jurisdiction,
