Voliation of defence law

Hi,
I have come to know a naval service person voliate defence law by getting his joining in navy service with fake document, which i come to know by his pan detail and rationing card data, he joined navy when he was married and having 1 daughter too.

I wanted to know whom should this be address if they ask me question why u are raising this question what should i mention there. I don't want to highlight my name this make me my family in danger because.
As this person is harrashing me and my family i wanted to expose this please help me out on this topic.

If you want to proceed, you should dare / have to lodge complaint with your identity to fetch results.

Any person having faith in law should detect such frauds so as to weed out black sheep out of system. You may make directly or indirectly complaint to Naval HQ, New Delhi narrating entire facts and such application should be supported with your duly sworn affidavit.

Rajendra ji as per your suggestion i have raised the issue to naval police also by fetching my identity but they have not took action instead they did compromise by setteling matter inside home in-order to save their own name in locality. but problem persist that's why i knock this door so that i get help. I am in need of help sir.please don't misunderstand me.
