Special Appeal Writ (S.A.W.): case no. 93: year 2013 (Jeewan Singh vs Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Trust)

And

Special Appeal Writ (S.A.W.): case no. 164: year 2013 (Bhawani Singh vs Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Trust)

The above Appeals are filed against the registration of a public charitable Trust known as “Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Public Charitable Trust”, which applied for its registration at Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan Department, Jaipur on 27.07.1970.

Till today, even after 44 years have passed, this Trust is fighting for its registration under Indian Judicial System and the litigation related with this Trust properties, which worth hundreds of crores, still going at the lowest level of judiciary in Jaipur Sessions Court.

The vested interests are abusing the judicial system and are not letting the litigations related with this Trust properties to complete.

Volunteer lawyers are requested to raise voice against this extraordinary delay in disposal of the litigations which are related with Public Charitable Trust.
