Good morning,
Before marriage my self Miss Mugdha Kishor Lashkare daughter of Kishor Lashkare (ASI at MT section PCMT Aurangabad ).Fallen in love with Mohd Shaibaaz Ahmed who studied with me in Shri Sai Taj Polytechnic Nagpur.On 12th December 2015 I ran out with him in the while many cases got registered against him by my parents I opposed to it , we got married on 30th December 2015 where Shaibaaz changed his name to Rajesh Patil. Got gazette of his new name after 6 month he changed the name to Mohd Shaibaaz Ahmed we had 1 month marriage process and marriedin last july 18 2016 between this I got pregnant and delivered a baby boy who is about 8 month during thisall hi used to fight with me sometime uses bad words , used to beet me with this people get topic to whisper. .... With this I dont want continue this relationship Iwant to quit this relation I want divorce from and want my babies custody.

Please guide me more on this case. I am helpless ..In june I force fully went to my mothers home in Aurangabad. His family has fully down my confidence. And they want to give my baby to my sister in law as she is unable to born a baby.Since I am afraid of all this because I think offering for divorce will make my baby away from me.I can't live without him because my husband is unable to give healthy cultural to my baby . His earnings is not efficient. My parents help me out every month by around 5-8 thousands rupees but then also nothing is good .

Take the help of fee legal aid cell if you can not afford engage a lawyer for assistance including child custody.
