Respected Experts,
My ex wife has given cross examination in family court but she has given the wrong & lie information to the another court of DV that SHE IS ILL and unable to attend the court.
Now My question:-
1. Weather it is crime under section 177IPC?
2. Weather it is permissible on IPC 177?
3. How to prosecute this crime?

Please guide me & help me on this matter

Thank you,

Dear Ajay Kumar Reddy,

Wrong or right has to be decided by the court or her doctor, not by you. You have to prove that first that she was not ill to attend court of dv. Section of law comes later.

By the way, what is the opinion of your own lawyer in family court court or dv case?
