What basically is Sec 67B and will it apply in the case of guwahati molestation case where girl in question is minor. Even if does not excite lust or induces a person in bad way?

If the stated conditions are not fulfilled, sec. 67B cannot be attracted. Moreover, you have not mentioned what specific of the case pertains to the Information Technology?
