Civil law, is the division of law dealing with disputes among individuals and / or among organization(s) and or among individual vs. an organization(s) or here even as v.v. in which compensation may be awarded to the victim. A civil law also refers to countries ‘common law’ and law of ‘equity’. The primary feature of civil law is that it is written as collections and then it is codified. Layman’s was if explained then ‘civil law’ is nothing but collection of common laws which are codified and referred to as Civil Procedure Code.
