SLP can be tied but better to face trial if high court has no been cinvinced with your arguments.

Reviews lie as remedies but for all practical purposes they are found infertile and fetch no result to the aggrieved hence SLP is advised which may be tried but as CHANCE only as it would be asking to interfere in 'discretion refused',a rarest breed to be applied to a prayer which is asking to immobile criminal law system,a little hope, hence Mr.Makkad has rightly opined conveying you to face trial.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 21 July 2013
Well advised by the experts, better face the trial on merits.
