What is Tokan Receipt

Sir, I want to know that if i take token amount from buyer what format of recipt i have to give it to the buyer, will it be done on letter head of my company or i have to get receipt book printed?

Please giude me for sales procedure.

There is no stright jacket formula in the given matter as this is just token amount has no legal sanctity without any written agreement. So only a formal writing on any paper shall suffice.
