Four contractors have forged several commercial tax officers certificates and produced to BDO and evade several lakhs of VAT.On the basis of CT dept officials FIR filed against the four contractors u/s IPC 420, 468 and 471. Pl tell whether they bailable or non bailable. TQ

Dear experts, but they are still not arrested. what would be further action by police?

These facts were brought out by me through RTI and ended with FIR by a complaint of CT dept. Unluckily they are in revenge. now i am threatened by the contractors that they will do complaint on me in ladies matter. What should i do experts

File writ petition in high court against police inaction. You should get relief .
