Whether chances are there for appointment if dossier sent back?

I have also been selected for the post of Speech Therapist in Govt Hospital located at New Delhi in 2009 and I received letter for appointment But I agian I could not join the post as my regularisation case with National Hospital was pending before the CAT So Ihad intimated them to extend my period of Joining. I lost the case in June 2009 and I contacted the alloted hospital for appointment and I was informed that my dossier was send to GOVT NCT, Helath Miinstry on Dec 2009 itself and I have been advised to contact their superintendent for enquiry

My query is if I Repressented myself for appointment whether I will get the appointment

You can be appointed if the terms of the appointment in the departmental rules permit the same. Go and make a representation for the same if the post is still vacant and no further action has been taken for cancellation of your candidature , your chances are bright on the grounds of representation

There is no bar tto appoint you if rules permit doing so.

Yes. Am also agree with mr.anil. Just send a representation to the concern authority by stating the entire fact. If they not yet appoint but taking steps to complete that procedure mean just you can file a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent for consider your representation. Also you can pray for keep one post as tabot till the pending disposal of your writ petition.

the similar query was asked earlier also.

the problem here is if due to your non joining, the recruitment process has lapsed then certainly you can not claim the post as a matter of right.

there will be a fresh competition, a person cannot put a government office to tenterhooks.
