Such decisions are taken by the University which is autonomous in its academic policies broadly based on the UGC Guidelines. Nobody else has much say in it.
No good university may allow a student to do two fulltime courses simultaneously which is essential for keeping some standards in academic matters in the age of falling standards all around.
The purpose of a post graduate degree, when we established our universities in the past, was to make a student a master in a subject whereas we think now that such a course is for somehow getting a degree which would serve as a passport to a job.

Sticking to her view by the expert has no standing, when the querist has already taken up a regular MBA course and cannot opt for distant mode course, as advised by the expert.
