Whether subsequent applications can be filed by registerd post

I have criminal trail pending in very remote area( as I am also been made accused) and I hired city based lawyer so I draft all petitions he just sign it as he has no time in my case
My problem is that no other lawyer is ready to accompany me for such remote area and it also cuased me great inconvenience in getting the regular orders as well as filing subsequent Applications
My only query is that since trail court is very far away from my house and there is always risk of going there due to strong rivalry between certain people, whether I can file the subsequent application by the way of registered/speed post?
Whether any application send to Magistrate bearing court number/case number will be treated as irregular( prior to the date of hearing ?)
because generally we submit applications to the court master who generally put on file without giving any number.Only fresh petition needs to be filed before the Filing counter

You better try for transfer of the case on the grounds stated above.
