Wife asking husband to leave the husband's owned property as she is not happy otherwise dire consequence of self harm or 498a ?
Details
1) EMI is being paid by husband for home loan since last 7 years, it ends after 10 years.
2) Sole owner of the property is husband
3) Right now husband & wife living together unhappily with no family relation or decorum
4) Wife do not want to give divorce?
a) Is husband responsible legally for wifes self harm/suicidal intentions for any such reason ?
b) Does wife has legal right to ask husband to leave from husbands owned property ?
Legal gurus your help plz ?

husband shouldrefuse to leave . it is his own house . wife has only right to stay in said house . if situation worsens sell the property

If wife commits suicide and leave suicide note holding you responsible , then certainly your future appears grim.
However I do not think that would be a possibility.
She can not force you to leave the house though the court can under the provisions of the PWDV Act.
