WILL

(Querist) 04 December 2009 This query is : Resolved 
sir,
My grandfather had married 3 times each after the death of his wives. My father who was from his second wife died whwn I was 7 years old in 1978. 3-4 years back my grandfather died and my step grandmother showed us a registered will in which my grandfather had named her his legal hier.The property was my grandfather own and not ancerstrol. She got it probhated in the court.
Sir, I want to know what steps I should take and if I can get any share

If it was a registered will which has been accepted by the court undisputely, nothing more can be done except wasting time and money in litigation.

If the property was your grandfather's self-acquired property, he had every right to give it to any person of his choice by making a WILL. You cannot do anything about it.

We experts have to reply eithin the parameters and facts stated in the quarry and we cannot cross those facts and cannot presume more than that.

In the given facts, you have no chance to agitate any more.

You can not do anything. Property is divided as per the WILL.
