Pl. quote the relevant rules under formation of Will wherein executor and beneficiary must not be same person alongwith relevant cases.

There is no such provision.

Section 141 of the Indian Succession Act provides that if a legacy is inherited by a person named as executor, he shall not take the legacy unless he proves the Will or otherwise manifests an intention to act as executor.
