Dear Experts Welcome, my query is how to change a will property of a wife to her husband

the testator revoke and recreate new will of your husband

Query is not clear to me.
If I clearly understand then the husband can execute a fresh Will of his choice revoking the earlier Will.
If any clause is added then the same can be done by way of Codicil without revoking the earlier Will.

Who has made will about which property in whose favour and how it is to be changed. Whether testator is alive?
