Registration of will is not mandatory.
Latest will would be applicable / valid.
For challenging the will, discuss with local lawyer, show him all related documents.

In other threads initiated by you the matter has been discussed in detail.
The beneficiary can submit the WILL to authority under whose jurisdiction property falls to act upon the WILL.
The authority as per prevailing rules can ask fro NOC from all other legal heirs and/or to release advt in newspapers inviting objections.
If WILL is contested then probate Court shall decide on merits.
You may approach the authority and lodge your claim/objections.
Local counsel can guide and defend you on merits.

Attesting Witness(es) in both situations will be deciding factor.
Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of documents, facts and circumstances of the case(s).
