Dear Experts,
I request your opinion / guidance with reference to the concern below-
My maternal uncle and his wife (resident of Punjab) bought an apartment in Himachal Pradesh in 2006. My uncle procured a loan from Bank however the property was registered jointly on his and wife name. In 2011 his wife expired and they do not have a child / legal heir. It is also submitted that his wife did not have any will.
Now my uncle wants to sell this apartment however has been told first to get the 100% share transferred on his name.
Kindly help me with the procedure to get the transfer of share done.
