Hi all, Need some.clarification. Once family issue filed in court. After wife and her family filing cases in various police station. Police also enquiring abt that matter and getting statement from husband and his family. Police have any power to enquiry about this matter which is filed in court. Husband dont know abt 125. And wife created false documents. Hide the case to police officials. Now police can take any action to wife? Please advice
