138 ni act

I Know this must be a real old question BUT...

Urge to help me . A very simple question

A party has put a case against me Under 138 NI act. BW has been issued. The case is in Uttranchal Bazpur

Now i want to get bail

Que-1 Do i have to pay 20 % in advance in court to get bail

Que-2 I already have paid the party 5Lakhs against 27 Lakhs by NEFT. Still he has filed a case of 27 Lakhs. On these grounds can i approach High Court for a Stay

Ques -3 Any Lawyer to contest me in Bazpur Uttrakhand Court

( 1 ) No,you have to pay 20% of cheque amount within 60 days from the day you get bail. ( 2 ) High Court will do nothing and not quash the complaint .It is matter of evidence and you have to prove that cheque is of more amount then due amount/debt.
