138 Petition for High value cheque of Rs 10 Crores

Plz someone help me by providing me a nice petition for filing a case of rs. 10 crores of sec. 138 N. I. Act.

This is my 1st case so plz help me.

The petition will be the same rather the complaint is the same. i.e. it should have the following ingredients date when the loan was taken the date when chq was given date when the chq was presented date and remark of memo ,date when legal notice was sent

Re one or 100 crores the procedure is same under NI 138.
