I married a girl 13 months before and we didn't spend even one day, the girl is not interested in marriage/marriage concept. I filed a case in court 8 months before and the court changed my status to section 12 -1 (c) but now instead of prolonging the case. We both filing a case as compromise and we don't want to spend with each other with OUR ELDERS WISH and ALL RELATIVES.
Now my hearing is next month 24th Dec. If we both sign in court as mutual divorce(13-B), can we get a divorce on the same day? without prolonging the case.
because I am the petitioner and I filed a case 8 months before and now we don't want to prolong it, so we changed plan for mutual divorce along with parents.
