I heard some where that if we are paying professional tax,we can have 2 months salary even after reliving from last job,I googled but could not found any info.can somebody enlighten me?

Professional Tax is state subject.
If it is applicable in state in which employee is located then employer has to deposit it even if employer has not collected it.
E.g.:
THE MAHARASHTRA STATE TAX ON PROFESSIONS, TRADES, CALLINGS AND EMPLOYMENTS ACTS,1975
30. Establishment of a Fund and utilisation of the Fund for Employment Guarantee Scheme of State Government.-
(6) The Employment Guarantee Fund shall be held and administered on behalf of the Government of Maharashtra by an officer not below the rank of a Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, subject to such general or special directions as may be given by the State Government, from time to time.
Therefore if you are in Maharashtra you may check with o/o Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, Tax Inspector, Commissioner appointed under this enactment.
