1. Whether the Regional provident Fund commissioner is empowered to form a squad consisting more than two PF inspectors to inspect or enter a factory or estalishment ? If yes under which notification they are forming the squad and/or forming in their own interest?
2. Whether the EPF authrity can include the following person as employees for counting strenth under Section 1 (3) (b) for the purpose of covarage ?
A. Person more than 60 years b) those who are existing member and working as part time in another organisation. 3} A Sweeper working under more than one employer 4) person working under contract for service 5.) Coming for stipulated intermittent work and getting wages.
